A supplier is an owner of a product.

An affiliate is a promoter of a product.
How do I get paid?
Suppliers and affiliates both get paid directly into their Trust My Travel accounts.
- Supplier: Once you have signed up for the Bókun Affiliate Hub, Trust My Travel will create an account for you. You can earn up to of £700 in that account to begin with. As soon as your Trust My travel application is accepted, the £700 cap is removed. You take a couple of easy steps to activate your account in your Bókun account under Affiliate hub > Bókun Pay sign-up. Once your account is activated, you can log into your Trust My Travel account to view your payouts.
- Affiliate: Once you have signed up for the Bókun Affiliate Hub, Trust My Travel will email you with login information and from there, you need to provide your bank details. Once you have provided the details, you can log into your Trust My Travel account to view your payouts. Note that to be able to receive your payout, you must complete the Affiliate Hub Taxation form.
When do I get paid?
Suppliers and affiliates get paid directly into their Trust My Travel accounts after they complete their TMT set up. While suppliers / affiliates are setting up and waiting for TMT they are not paid out there is no payout, but you can sell up to your £700 cap while the sign-up process is completed.
When the Trust my Travel account has been set up and confirmed:
- Affiliates: get paid 30 days after travel date
- Suppliers: get paid right after booking
Where can I view my active connections?
You can find your active Affiliate Hub connections under My Connections tab.
How do I cancel a connection with an affiliate?
If you want to cancel a connection with an affiliate, click My Connections in the left-hand side menu. Then, you need to remove the products from your list that you don’t want affiliates to promote. There’s no contract that you need to cancel with individual affiliates since your contract is with the Bókun Affiliate Hub.
If you want to cancel a connection with a supplier, click My Connections in the left-hand side menu or find the supplier in the Discover page. Then click Actions > Disconnect from supplier to stop promoting the supplier’s products. There’s no contract that you need to cancel with individual suppliers since your contract is with the Bókun Affiliate Hub.
Where can I view my invoices?
If you’re a supplier, all of your bookings will appear in the Bókun Sales Feed. Each booking has an invoice attached.
How do travellers cancel their bookings?
At the time of booking, only the supplier’s contact details are shared with the traveller. So, the traveller contacts the supplier and the supplier cancels the booking in Bókun.
A traveller has cancelled their booking, what happens next?
After the traveller has contacted the supplier to cancel the booking, the supplier contacts Trust My Travel through their Support. Trust My Travel refunds the traveller and redirects the payouts to the correct accounts. The supplier is always liable for the 2% transaction fee.
The remaining 20% amounts are refunded if the traveller cancels on or before the travel date. If the traveller cancels and/or is refunded after the travel date, the supplier is liable for the full 22%.
What cancellation policies are in place?
The cancellation policy of the supplier that owns the tour is the cancellation policy that’s valid for the traveller.
How are payments processed?
All payments are processed through Trust My Travel and are split between Supplier (80%), and Affiliate (15%). Transaction fees 2% are deducted from the 80% the supplier receives.
When does everyone receive the funds?
As the payments are handled through Trust My Travel, the funds will be released about a month after the tour has finished. If you experience any issues with regard to payment, please contact Trust My Travel.
A supplier that uses Bókun Pay can receive immediate payout for both their own products and products they promote in the Affiliate Hub.
Where do I, the supplier, see bookings I've received from the Affiliate Hub?
Any bookings you receive will show in your sales feed as per usual and will be marked as an Affiliate Hub booking, so you know where it has originated from. You can filter the Sales Feed to see your Affiliate Hub bookings. However, you will not know who the actual affiliate was and who is promoting your product.
